In the Počernický brewery you can taste not only the 12-degree Počernický lager, which is brewed according to the original recipe from the 19th century, but also many other types of beer according to seasonal events, holidays and other occasions. In nice weather, it is possible to use the summer garden under a 100-year-old maple with a capacity of 120 seats with a bar, grill and smokehouse.
Founded in 2018 by Chicago natives Philip and Jeff with one mission: To bring the best possible cheesesteak to the beautiful city of Prague. A Philly cheesesteak is a popular type of street food in America and we are constantly trying to improve our recipe in order to make the best possible cheesesteak and create happy, satisfied customers.
We built our Hostivař brewery with a restaurant and garden in September 2011. In February 2013, we brewed the first batch of beer and after great success we repeated it in 2017 with Hostivař H2 in Měcholupy. We are pleased that Hostivař connects locals with cross-country, young with older, athletes with intellectuals and sometimes even Slavists with kangaroos. This makes our world a little happier.

The stand, behind which the bartender Lucie waits for you, is definitely not to be missed. This is an original "drink point" where you can taste original and classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, complemented by homemade lemonades and hot drinks. At the second stand you can enjoy everything from baked lollipops to homemade pancakes and quesadillas. And as a bonus, smiling and friendly service! 💕
The story of our beer project only began in 2023, when we brewed our first batch in the middle of the deep Beskydy forests. Until then, we had tasted beer together for several years and had philosophical debates about them, usually until late at night. We decided to brew our own beer without compromising on the quality of the ingredients.
